Staff was very friendly and helpful still not sure why WI EDs take so long when I've been in EDs in other states and the systems they have in place are super efficient snd time saving but the staff are only doing there jobs in am extremely broken system I would recommend this ED simply due to the staff.

It's never fun having to go to the ER, but once again, the Waukesha Memorial Triage staff made all the difference! Every single person I encountered was friendly & upbeat. This helped put me at ease. I know not always possible, but I was able to be seen quickly & always had someone checking back with me & keeping me informed. Health CARE is a wonderful thing!! Thanks to ALL of the staff for what they do every day; especially during a time, unfortunately, when patients are at their worst & would rather be anywhere else.

Everyone has been wonderful! From the lady who welcomed us at the door to my doctor( Dr Chaudrari, an electrophyologist). and all of the nurses,especially Kaylee and Maria! I should have thanked the surgery staff before they put me to sleep because I sure couldn't thank them afterward. They were laughing and just being kind. So helpful at a tense time.Not one complaint on my part! The food was even yummy! Which isn't easy in a large institution.

Dr. Chaudhari performed Watchman implant surgery on my beautiful bride ‍♀ Bonnie this morning . He is very smart and kind. All the nurses and volunteers have been warm from Kristi to the gal who greeted us as we walked in to Judy in the Cath waiting room to sunny Maria Velasquez from Brazil in Bonnie's room for the night.
