If you schedule ahead when you first call, the appointment times may not work later . Unfortunately, even though I rescheduled my therapist entered them as cancellations. My therapist also canceled at the last moment once and canceled 2 appointments on the day of the appointment. The last time I went, she walked ahead of me without an Hello, stopped and talked to other clients, had no eye contact. Therapist were good and are not my issue with this review. Had an appt Monday at 0745. I received a call at 0705 that my therapist was not going to be in today. Person calling stated next appt is Thursday see you then. No, how are you doing? Would you need another appt today or sooner?

I've had nothing but amazing experiences every time I have chosen ProHealth's Oconomowoc Rehab services to help get me back to good (and unfortunately I have had a few injuries that have required PT/OT). The therapists are patient, knowledgable, and very caring- I can personally highly recommend Diane and Jordan (OT), as well as Jonathon and Jordan (PT). Dr. Englund recommended physical therapy for the advanced arthritis in my right knee. He referred me to Craig Richter, PT. I came in with a very painful, unstable knee. I received a very thorough evaluation and was given exercises to help with strengthening my muscles that support my knee cap. After a few sessions my knee was stable and pain free. I highly recommend Craig and the ProHealth Rehab Center of Oconomowoc.
