This is the second year I have stopped my son from going here. My son is autistic and very tall 14 years old. He has the kindest heart and knows no hate. Today I had to wait with my son while listening to a grown man insult my son. Meanwhile the therapists are all over not one of them stepped up. I just apologized to my son and told him he didn't have to go back. I did not feel safe leaving my son. He will not return to progressive therapy ever unless it's at school! We have had such a great experience here with staff and customer service. I would return if we needed therapy in our family again.
We absolutely love Progressive Therapy Kids! The therapists and therapy assistants are truly wonderful. My son lights up when he sees them, and it’s clear they genuinely care for him. They’re compassionate, understanding of his unique challenges, and incredibly patient. They’ve been able to get him to do things I never thought he could or would do—things he won’t even do for me!
