Jim is the best! If you know him you already know this. Professional, courteous, knows EVERYTHING you don't about taxes. You're in good hands here. My wife and I use Progressive for our business and our personal taxes. Never misses a beat, always on the ball. We've had multiple accountants before but since meeting Jim it's been nothing but a good experience and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We live in Winnipeg and he comes to us from Steinbach. Amazing.
Beware there has been major changes in this company in the last year. I do my own bookkeeping and just send it in to be reconciled quarterly. I used to be charged for 1 hour of bookkeeping reconciliation fees, now I get charged for 3 for the same amount of work. It is very unfortunate that my previous account has left. You get a lot less now and pay so much more! I now understand why I wasn't receiving my bills quarterly when I was asking for it, they don't want you know what they are charging you.
Absolutely fantastic service, always a friendly greeting from reception. Faith in particular is amazing! You're in excellent hands with her taking care of your tax needs. Thank you for the excellent service over the years ladies, I greatly appreciate your expertise!!
