Staff is wonderful. My therapist is great. Friendly staff. I am happy to have found this Tiffin location.
The front desk staff made great help for easy scheduling/reminds. Our PT Allie is accommodating, motivating and supportive of helping you find the best ways to get you back to normal. Her eye contact and attention to detail is reassuring to read the patients pain levels and where they are struggling without having to ask!
I cannot say enough about PRA in Tiffin. I never believed in PT but with terrible lower back pain I was willing to try anything. Melissa has no less than magic hands! After many therapy treatments and several dry needling sessions she lessened the pain to a level I am able to manage.
