I used to be one of the number one customers with **********************. These use to have US based customer service but now it is over seas. That is where the problems started. The customer service was bad and only got worse. They won't let me speak to a supervisor and an agent committed fraud so now I get to have my lawyers get involved. I used Prog leasing at least 10 to 15 times over the course of 10 years or so but I guess with there new business practices customer service and illegal transactions do not matter to them... read more
I don't recommend using Progressive leasing because they are robbing you. I bought three items from ***** and it was $150. I was charged $63.13 on the day of purchase. I returned an item that wasn't used which was $119. The remaining items are worth $31, which they say I still owe them for. So now I'm paying $94.13 for two items worth $31. I will never use them again.
Predatory is the only word to describe this company. I agreed to a 6-month lease agreement for a total of $188.95 loan. I've already made $216.07 in payments and now my account is showing that my agreement is extended to 12 months without my knowledge but the same payment amounts claiming i still owe them $317.06 or I can buy it out right now for $221.94 making my payoff amount more than double the original loan. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS.
This is the worst customer service I ever had. I was approved two times.. then I went to buy something it went pending .. then they wanted me to send thru email my Dl, SS , bank statements etc and they said this is for a security! How is that secure when I am sending stuff via email.. no one would get me a manager
Fix the **** app. You've made it so much easier to just call in everytime I need something and I genuinely despise that. I truly hate that I can't stay logged in. I truly hate I'm constantly forced into a loop of needing a log in code only to be kicked back to the home screen when I return, so I have to start the whole process over again. Monitors employees social media accounts and threatens to terminate employment if they don't approve the posts.
Very convenient if you plan to pay for your purchase within 3 months. trustworthy company. I have been using it multiple times & if needed I ll use it over and over again. Thank you
They will not fix the issues you have not will they return your call they will make you pay off what's broken without trying to repair it or make the situation right!!!
I gave a 1 because I couldn't give a zero. **************** doesn't answer the phone. So there is no way to get a hold of them.
