Maria is an outstanding Nutritionist. Her care and knowledge towards her clients is clearly evident. Having been in the fitness industry for over a decade, I have come across a lot of people in this space and can happily say that Maria is by far and away the best I have worked with. Have sent dozens of Back on Track Fitness members to Maria and they all say 2 things; 1) How nice Maria is and 2) How much she has helped them. Go see her!
