Honestly really happy with this purchase. Got the Solo Ryzer frame with the Gray tabletop along with a few accessories like cup holder, vegan leather desk mat, and the magnetic cable organizer. The desk looks clean. Height adjustment is smooth and quiet, and the accessories just complete the whole setup. Cable organizer keeps things tidy underneath and the mat feels great to work on. Everything fits together so well. Solid quality, great price. Would 100% recommend.
FINAL OVERALL UPDATE 03/18/2026 After multiple follow-ups went unanswered via email, I ended up calling their support line again. It took a couple of attempts, but I was able to reach Monalisa, who confirmed I could drop off the return at their Richmond location and that someone would be available to receive it. *Edited to 3 stars because they finally reached out and corrected the issue. I ordered my standing desk and a part of it came damaged. I emailed Progressive Desk the day it was delivered and I discovered the damage. I waited one week and got no response so I emailed them again. They finally responded and told me to send photos of the damage. I sent the photos the same day I received the email from them.
