This place is the poorest customer service I ever had !!!! It took two weeks for them to contact me after I left a message then she said I had to make an appt to speak about my issue. I wanted to speak to the branch manger but they don’t have in there !!! Now since October I have sent e mails etc still waiting to hear back after I meet with her to do specific banking. I have never had such poor service in my life or no service I should say... I have been a member for over 30 years! This place has gone completely down hill! Once I get a new bank, I'm leaving this financial institution. They charge more then the banks for service fees for what? They never answer their phones. I had to take time out of my work week to drive over there and speak with someone and it's still not done. This is unreal! Don't ever get an account here!
