Marc used to be great. I got him all of the required documents by the date he requested. Multiple emails, calls, regarding making sure he had all required documents all went unanswered. Attempted to resolve but contacted BBB as I still have not heard from him. Strongly recommend against.

After 10 years having my small LLC's return prep satisfactorily done by the same firm, my daughter recommended her company's tax accountant, Progressive Accounting. Before that, I didn't know what I didn't know about the differences between tax preparers. Notably: x-ray attention to detail. Every detail. Doing things right, not just expediently, to avoid even the most improbable audit issues. BTW, the cost was less than I would have paid my prior preparer. Without hesitation I recommend Progressive to other businesses.
