Marc used to be great. I got him all of the required documents by the date he requested. Multiple emails, calls, regarding making sure he had all required documents all went unanswered. Attempted to resolve but contacted BBB as I still have not heard from him. Strongly recommend against.

Doing things right, not just expediently, to avoid even the most improbable audit issues. BTW, the cost was less than I would have paid my prior preparer. Without hesitation I recommend Progressive to other businesses.
