Brittany Hooten was absolutely awesome! This is the first year I haven’t done my taxes myself due to having way more complicated things to file/claim this year. She was extremely helpful throughout the process and didn’t mind answering all of the questions that I had. I definitely would recommend her in the future 🙂
If I could give zero stars I would!! They have completely committed fraud with our taxes! Please read photos! Nikki added a fake business to my husband returns to increase the return and steal the money for her filing fee, then when confronted about it she blocks me on everything. She claims she was doing for all her clients under the assumption we all wanted it! At least that’s what she told her boss! I am pressing charges and tax fraud and mail fraud because she put her office address as my husband address on his return so... read more
Update: so this company failed to do my taxes right and I still haven’t gotten them. Then this morning at 5 am they tried to charge my card 2,099. I will be pressing charges for unauthorized charging to my account.
