Grossly overpriced in most hvac categories. A capacitor nationally averages $150-250. They say charge $440. I understand profit but you can’t make money if everything is out of price for the average home owners.
I was unable to implement this software at the time of purchase and unfortunately had to cancel the service. I have made Three separate attempts to contact Profit Rhino representative "Dillon Tiddick neglects to return any correspondence or direct any service my direction! Shame!!
Terrible customer service can’t gat what I paid for but if it’s end of month they want their money I paid $880 for paperless forms 3 months haven’t received them or my last two implementation meetings.
Frustrating. OEM database is lacking, inconsistent pricing. Large ticket items priced too low and small ticket items priced too high. Unfriendly import to QBO- cannot designate which income accounts to map to during set up. It requires mapping each item individually. Maintenance, installs, and service all import to same income account. I thought I pay for a flat rate software to make life easier but it seems that I have to do it myself anyway.
