Can't leave a review for the Fairmont location, so I'm leaving it here. This bank absolutely does not care about you as a customer. I stopped in a week before moving halfway across the country to give them locations I would be travelling through and need my card payments authorized. I still had issues with my card and I had to call twice to get them resolved. If I didn't have my First Farmers account, I might have been stranded. ive been locked out of my card numerous times. my direct deposit keeps getting messed with at this bank too. was supposed to get paid at 530. still havent. its like this all the time and im tired of it. if you want access to your money and want your paychecks when youre supposed to get them stay away from Profinium.
