Profile by Sanford in League City has been very welcoming and encouraging. This plan helps you discover and manage the roots that lead to unhealthy eating. This approach is much more sustainable than simple calorie restriction. Lexi, as well as Charley and Cassie, at the League City office are great coaches and mentors!!!

I'm in Week 4, and I am very pleased so far. The Coaches are great to work with, and the plan food is very good. The app and accountability really help keep me on track. Great program!

Started this journey on a whim 104 days ago. To date I've lost 55 pounds. It wasn't easy and MANY days I wanted to just give up. Help from my coaches Lexi and Cassie helped with the accountability and knowledge growth I needed to succeed. With only 2.5 lbs to go to reach my goal weight I feel good about myself, my image, confidence and health future. This program mat not be for everyone but I recommend to at least try. Thank you, to the program and my coaches for getting me to my intended finish line.

Having a coach to talk with and help encourage me thru changing my rat style has been wonderful. Their protein shakes & bars have made the change easier than other meal plans I have tried. I am working on decreasing the number of Profile foods and adjusting my menu to better proteins & balance of foods. I hope to make time to find more recipes that bring variety to my menu.
