The counselors are upbeat very helpful with hints and suggestions to make this journey easier for me. Always offering tips on meal prep and exercise, accommodating with my schedule. The offices are clean , well organized and stocked with the latest meal replacements what ever you need .
Everyone at the location is very friendly. They are very helpful if you have a challenge during the week. If you go off plan, they do not criticize you. I look forward to going each week.
I love the program. I am down 11 lbs in 2 weeks. I look forward to now slowly losing more fat! So far everything tastes so good. Takes the guess work out of what to eat and meal prepping ! Super easy program. I am grateful I found profile Sanford.
