I am six weeks in and have gained so much knowledge on new heathy living. Gained knowledge and lost weight, 10 pounds to be exact. I feel confident to make my own meals and know they are right for my body. Ashlee has been a great coach. If your looking to lose weight and or understand healthy living i highly recommend trying profile.
