I cannot say enough good things about profile and especially my coach, Michelle. I started with them last December when I was at my heaviest. Michelle was so relatable and encouraging. We were able to get me me to lose weight through the holidays and 40 pounds in about 6 months with minimal exercise. Michelle’s listening skills are really amazing and she was always so supportive. I will be forever thankful to Profile and Michelle for giving me my life back.
I have been in the fitness Industry for over 25 years (Instructor/trainer/nutrition coach). I cannot say enough positive things about Profile. From the fist phone call to my weekly meetings. It’s pretty incredible and innovative. I have lost over 10. Lbs. so far. I packed on almost 40 lbs during covid. I now feel better, cholesterol is down. My resting hear rate is already lowering.
