What a great bunch of folks! I finally decided that I could use some serious, professional help and this place has been such a blessing. I am now down 15 pounds (and counting) thanks to the caring, supportive encouragement I've received. If you're serious about wanting to lose weight, having someone coaching you through the process is the key, and the lifestyle changes have been amazing.

I love this program and the people who work there. This isn’t some quick fix. You try have to put in a lot of effort but the team here is so supportive. I not only lost 60 pounds so far but I’ve developed healthy eating habits, healthy activity habits and most importantly healthy mental habits. The food is great and I never felt hungry being on this diet or like I was missing something. I’ve been a member for almost a year and I will certainly being doing another year to keep myself in check. 10/10 recommend!!
