Great customer service from professionals who genuinely care about helping their members be successful in reaching their goals. They have individualized plans for each person, based on their height, weight, goals, etc.... They even have a "Mom Journey" for women who are trying to get pregnant through postpartum! Love my Profile family and everything they offer from accountability to the amazing foods they offer. Our Chippewa Valley location is easy to get to and centrally located. They have a lot of activities to keep us all engaged with one another and on task. Five plus stars without hesitation.
