The Profile plan has been great in helping make lifestyle changes. My coach has been very encouraging along the way. She is very knowledgeable, takes time to answer any of my questions, and offers many suggestions. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly whenever I am there.

Profile by Sanford is a very professional establishment located in west Des Moines. They are friendly, and very helpful. My wife has struggled with weight loss for years but this program works well, down 34 pounds so far and continues to lose. Highly recommend this place!
Everyone in this organization is very helpful and caring. Very knowledgeable in helping an individual lose weight and keep it off. I would recommend to anyone serious about weight loss to go to them.
