I absolutely love Profile! The coaches are amazing and so knowledgeable. I’ve been coming for 20 weeks now and each time I always have a new goal and am always motivated and pushed to meet those goals. Both Laurens are so personable and they take time with their clients. Coach Lauren is Awesome. She's very knowledge, patient and kind. She encourages me in all areas and is teaching me to be kind to myself. I look forward to my sessions and consider them more a visit with a friend and something I look forward to, not something I fret over or dread.
