I was hesitant to start this program because of the packaged food needed for the plan. The packaged food from profile tastes good. The coaching is very helpful. I have been following the program for 4 weeks and have seen great success!
Amazing coaching staff that have actually been in your shoes! The meal replacements taste amazing (some almost like a candy bar) and they show you ways to make eating healthy fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you're ready to take your health seriously!
