Food taste great. Coaches are fantastic. Joined a year ago and lost 60 pounds. Even with social distancing and no face to face coaching sessions we still do weekly or bi weekly sessions by phone. You will never know what you can loose until you try this. I have learned this is a life journey not a diet.
I have enjoyed learning more about better health, wellness and eating lifestyles over the past 9 months I have been on the Profile by Sanford plan. The weekly one on one visits with a health coach is my favorite aspect of the program. And, I am thrilled the shakes come in such a large variety of flavors and TASTE FANTASTIC! It is easy to give this program a five-star rating. So happy they opened a store in Rochester, Minnesota!
