It’s easy to follow and works for me. Love the program when I’m busy at work, the planning the meals is so simple with the shakes and bars. Besides if you stay with program the weight comes off fast. My coach and their team is awesome and so Pleasant to work with.
Very friendly staff at ProfilebySanfordHealth. I hit my weight goal today so I am very happy about that and how I was coached to get there.
