This place has been phenomenal!!!!! All the coaches are amazing!!! the food is sooooo good! This has been the best decision I have ever made, as far as a weightloss program goes! I highly recommend this program to anyone this is serious about losing weight.
I have been pleased with my Profile journey over the last six months. The quality of care and understanding is phenomenal. The plan is super easy and filling. I'm like most individuals who try to lose weight and want it to happen fast, but this time I'm being patient and taking it slow to form and maintain lasting results with lifetime healthy habits. I recommend the Profile plan to anyone serious about losing weight and forming a better way of living.
Profile by Sanford has been the best weight loss and maintenance of weight loss I have ever tried & I have tried them all. I think the biggest difference is the Coaching. My Nutrition and Lifestyle Modification Coach, Sommer Thompson, has offered continuous support and encouragement. She keeps me focused and on track. I am the only person I know who has lost any weight or even maintained their weight during this time of social isolation and distancing.

Coaches are wonderful and the food is great.
I went from a size 12/14 to now wearing 0/2. I started the program in feb and by June had hit my first weight loss goal. If you stick to your plan it will work!
