Melissa (Draper location) is my coach and she is the best! She truly knows her stuff and is so willing to answer all questions I have. She also is very good at helping me to set goals and is very understanding and kind when weeks don’t go as well as planned. Melissa always motivates me to not only stick to my plan but to live a lifestyle that is all over happier and healthier. I highly recommend going to her!
Such a great program with awesome support, and I absolutely love having Melissa as my coach! She is amazing. After having 6 kids in 8 years, including one set of twins, I was so frustrated and I felt like I had tried everything. I wanted to feel like myself again, but nothing seemed to work. Since starting this program, I know that my goal is attainable and I am getting closer everyday. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love profile. I have had so much success. I’m down 20 lbs and 2 pant sizes! I love my coach Hannah so much she helps keep me on track and encourages every week. I have learned so much through this program not just about eating healthy but also about my mental health. I would 100% recommend this program to my family and friends!
