Always efficient, personable, helpful.
Clean, well-appointed lobby. All the staff (tellers, etc) very friendly and helpful. Love this small town bank!! Like being recognized. Feels like 'home'.
It’s a bank and it’s good for like cashing in your coins and withdraw money and depositing money, but you have to have a profile bank account
Their so called policies are absolutely ridiculous! Couldn’t cash a check unless it is payable to me, couldn’t talk to the payee on my phone and my husband couldn’t take the money because he wasn’t on the account! I told that I was going to start yelling and she (Jennifer) told me that the don’t take to kindly to that, this isn’t Dunkin’ Donuts, it took 3 tellers to count $1669. Never again will I step foot in that bank!!!
