I have scoliosis, which can lead to muscle tightness and imbalances. When I lived in a much larger city I was able to find a massage therapist who actually knew how to help me. Since moving to Ft. Wayne I have struggled to find an MT who did anything but what I call relaxation massages -- which help my condition very little. I have lacked flexibility for years, and at 74 with several sessions of massages, stretches and a home routine I have achieved a significant improvement. Regular massages never gave long term relief. Continue with occasional massage with Charlie to keep on track.

I have been attending PWFC for about a year now spending $300-$400/month between training, supplements and massage. I signed a year long contract 11/16 for 2 sessions a week and then modified it to 3 sessions a week. I came in several times during my free time to assist Charlie & Mary with their social media and brainstorm ideas for them to generate new business.
