Communication from the dealer isn’t the greatest. I talked with them about buying back a zero turn I purchased from them. We agreed on a price and when it came to scheduling a time to bring it in there was no response. Finally got a hold of them and then they changed their mind, not very professional to say the least.

Everything about this company from sales to finance is above and beyond my expectations. Eric is a valuable asset to your company. Very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work worth. The lady who assisted me with the financing, ( so sorry I forgot her name) is exactly like Eric, the best. You have a lifelong customer. Keep up the great work!!

Awesome experience buying a zero turn mower. Found what I wanted online, submitted inquiry, got a call form Eric in just a few minutes, submitted application for zero percent financing, all with in just a few minutes, and my mower was in my driveway the next morning with free delivery! Could not be happier! You guys rock! I started this process about an hour before they were closing for the day. Had it in my driveway by 10;30 the next morning. Who does that? NOBODY! but these guys!

Friendly staff, GREAT service and support following any purchase. You get much more than a taillight warranty. The staff goes above and beyond to answer questions whether you purchase equipment or products for turf care.

Highly recommend this company. I have bought equipment on multiple occasions from them and can not say enough about the customer service. Eric is very professional, helpful and communicative. Every piece of equipment has worked exactly how it should and anytime I’ve had questions, Eric has been so great in helping answer them. I will not buy a used piece of equipment anywhere but from PTS!
