Exceptionally rude staff. I was trying to change a test date while I was well within the parameters of doing so, and dealt with someone that was incredibly snotty and didn’t even know what she was talking about. I then asked to speak to a manager and had another similar rude experience. As a CNSC, we don’t really have any other options, but just be aware that you may not get anyone that knows what they’re doing or is willing to give you the time of day.

I had to take my MFT Licensing Exam through them and let me tell you they were RUDE AND UNHELPFUL! first I needed to reschedule, but their portal wouldn’t let me. So I called them, and every time I called I got a rude NY/NJ rep with an accent to match, and they told me I had to pay to get it rescheduled to another testing period and they wanted to charge me a steep fee. I paid it and their instruction manual clearly stated it would be fine for me to reschedule without penalty if I did it over 30 days in advance. Lo and beho... read more

The employees were all kind and efficient but the testing experience was loud, distracting, and unfit to take any serious examination. Everything is rolling so people are constantly walking up and down the aisles, being given individual instructions, and the door to the waiting center was open the whole time. Take your test at home if you can
