I had a wonderful customer experience! My test was scheduled for a certain window and there were no available spots. The staff brought this to their manager and was able to get me in. This is something I will always remember and truly be grateful for!
Exceptionally rude staff. I was trying to change a test date while I was well within the parameters of doing so, and dealt with someone that was incredibly snotty and didn’t even know what she was talking about. I then asked to speak to a manager and had another similar rude experience. As a CNSC, we don’t really have any other options, but just be aware that you may not get anyone that knows what they’re doing or is willing to give you the time of day.

I had to take my MFT Licensing Exam through them and let me tell you they were RUDE AND UNHELPFUL! first I needed to reschedule, but their portal wouldn’t let me. So I called them, and every time I called I got a rude NY/NJ rep with an accent to match, and they told me I had to pay to get it rescheduled to another testing period and they wanted to charge me a steep fee.
