I had to take my MFT Licensing Exam through them and let me tell you they were RUDE AND UNHELPFUL! first I needed to reschedule, but their portal wouldn’t let me. So I called them, and every time I called I got a rude NY/NJ rep with an accent to match, and they told me I had to pay to get it rescheduled to another testing period and they wanted to charge me a steep fee. The employees were all kind and efficient but the testing experience was loud, distracting, and unfit to take any serious examination. Everything is rolling so people are constantly walking up and down the aisles, being given individual instructions, and the door to the waiting center was open the whole time. Take your test at home if you can

I made a reservation in advance for my own test. Then out of the blue I got an email informing me that your appointment was cancelled without any details of explanation. The time for the test is approaching and I have to take the test in a distant area. Selfish testing center.

This company has taken over $700 from me for an exam that I missed because I had covid, the testing center would not allow me to enter their facility. Now my application is not up to date during the new testing window so they have declined my application. I have never been so upset by a company before.
