I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. I scheduled an appointment with Neil last week to meet at 9:00 AM in his office today. When I arrived (no more than 4 minutes after 9), the office door was locked, and no one was there. I double-checked the suite number, asked someone in the building if I might be in the wrong place, and still couldn’t locate him.
