Todd is really helpful. He gave me some great advice after taking the time (almost an hour) to go through all my tax documents and explain the next best steps towards resolving my issue. This was all a free consultation by the way. He comes off as genuinely concerned about my problem. I'll definitely be going back and pay him for his service after I gather more info from the IRS.
