Extremely Poor Communication and a Waste of time. My husband has been trying to get in contact with someone because he filed his 2025,2024 and 2023 taxes with them. Till this day his 2024 and 2023 have still not been filed. When he goes up there they till him to come back on a certain day and then they won’t even be up there the day they told him to come. Poor communication. After emailing in all of tax documents and not receiving an update for almost 10 business days; I decided to file my on my own taxes.
I've been with this company for almost 6 years and I've never had a problem. Every individual I come across whether in person or on the phone have been nothing short of amazing and professional.
