Was referred to Professional Tax Consultants by a friend that has used them for years. Needless to say, it was not what I had expected. As a firm, they are very sloppy and hard to communicate with. Kaylynn screens her calls and the receptionist is left to answer the majority of the calls and questions. Not great. Additionally, accuracy is not a top priority. I have been using them for years and they have never let me down. They do a great job every year if you’re looking for an accountant look no further.
They are the best . Won't go anywhere else.
2nd year with them, they don't care about you as an individual. You are only another person they have to do taxes for. Horrible for answering basic questions and lack care. Think I will get better customer service for H&R Block and pay less for getting my taxes done.
