Staff are direct but were always polite. Workshop staff took the time to run me through the machine and were happy to answer my queries. Workshop was clean and tidy and the young blokes helped load in the rain. No hesitation in recommending them..
It's great that there's a business in Townsville that services small petrol motors. However, the service is restricted to just motors! They serviced my generator's petrol motor but advised they would not look at the electrical side (due to their potential liability concerns). As a result, I had to take the gen-set elsewhere (where it was diagnosed and repaired). (It did seem contradictory that they were willing to sell me a new generator, mmm).
I found this small business by chance driving home one day. Having used some of the bigger stores in town in the past I thought I would give it a go and am glad I did. They turned around our brushcutter in time to keep the yard trimmed for Christmas and did thorough and professional job. I am happy to go back again.
