This agency appears legit, but after asking 4-5 times for proof of debt and never receiving a single correspondence, I finally mailed a note to the rep I had spoken to, asking for her to return the requested info in SAS included. It's 3 weeks now and no response, and they STILL called me claiming I was ignoring a debt (which they reported) and swore they had sent at least 4 letters to my address, after sending to old address first 1-2 times.
