I had an amazing experience working with Courtney. I came in dealing with a hernia recovery along with lower back and shoulder issues, and she was incredible every step of the way. I’ve had a great experience at this physical therapy place. The staff truly care about you and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The treatments have been really effective, and the space is always clean and well maintained. Everyone is down to earth but still very professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care.
A co-worker referred me to this location, and I’m so happy he did. From the moment I arrive, all of the staff greet me, they are kind, welcoming, and attentive to every patient. It really feels like a big team here. The space is cozy but also open, which I really appreciate. I had a great experience at Professional Therapy on 13th avenue in Brooklyn. The staff was welcoming and professional from day one. A special thank you to Karen, who did an amazing job guiding me through my therapy. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about my progress.
