My eye doctor office left me in a bad spot with a glasses emergency. But professional opticians helped me out and gave excellent customer service. I will be back for future lens replacements and frame replacements. They were knowledgeable on my somewhat complex, no so typical glasses/lens combo.

My family and I have been coming here since we moved to Raleigh in 1987. They are the nicest people you could ever meet. A good selection of frames and Dr. Bailey has been tremendous.

I have been coming to this little family owned eyeglasses shop for about 15 years now. The most amazing service ever. You feel like family. I asked to hold a set of frames two years ago and completely forgot about them until literally nearly a year later and Craig and Donald still had them in one of their little wooden trays with my name on it. I was ready to drop a grand on glasses and shades (after getting the exam at an unaffiliated location) and the 2 people working here couldn't be bothered to make the first recommendation. Sure had a lot to say about their 2pm appointment for running late, though. Startling lack of professionalism! (and I did drop the grand+ at a competitor.)
