Scam scam scam. They quoted me one price I paid the “refundable deposit” then changed their price which I thought suspicious so I asked for an invoice, when I received it, it didn’t mention any of the services that were mentioned in the quote, was very unprofessional, was missing critical details you find on an invoice, I told them I wasn’t accepting the quote and to give me my deposit back, they havnt returned it, weeks of following up and being hung up on, and transferring me to a unmanned complains line for them to keep s... read more
We hired Professional Movers on 28th September 2025 based on a trusted recommendation, but frustratingly, our experience was anything but professional. From the start, things went wrong: - They bent our mattress trying to force it upstairs instead of waiting for help, damaging the springs. - Our trundle bed was left uninstalled and missing parts. Very Dishonest and Unprofessional Company I had a terrible experience with this removalist company. They charged me $368 for just a 1-hour job — moving only one table and five bags! When I asked about pricing before booking, they told me there was a 2-hour minimum and that each additional half-hour was $55. Scammers, took money never arrived because they forgot. later they couldn't find the truck- they probably even dont have one. And simply didnt refund , had to go through the bank
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! I had a move booked, the drivers where 1hr 40m late, I paid the agreed deposit and was to pay an extra $155 30 mins before the move was completed - they then sent me a invoice / payment link for $533 the movers were there for 1hour. Then they were taking my things to their storage facility, I have not been able to get the location of my goods - apparently no one in this company knows where their storage facility is.
