If only there was a Zero star. I wish I had of read the review section better before booking. The company charged me 7.5 hours to move my 3 bedroom house 7 minutes drive away. They broke my glass mirror and have refused to replace it, despite saying they would if I sent photos and the receipt of purchase. They offered me $50 'goodwill' although saying on the website they have full insurance for these issues, refused to pay for my item which was $210. They scammed us with $150 of extra costs that were not legitimate. And when we challenged them they made up new costs. Initially they tried to charge us for using bubble wrap and for having too many stairs. However, they never used any bubble wrap (which they admitted to. They also said we have 22 stairs (we had 20) and then i showed them that their own terms of contract say that there must be 24+ stairs to warrant the extra charge. Ignore what you see above - it's 0 stars from me. Calling themselves "Professional Movers" is an absolute lie, and it's all downhill from there. Where do I begin? They gave me 4 different time windows and missed all of them, not arriving until after 10pm when they'd initially said 3-6pm. They never contacted me about these delays either, it was always me calling to ask why they weren't on time. The guys who did the work were really good. Our main issue was with the truck that was sent despite giving full details of the items to be moved. Because of the size of the truck it took the guys way too long to pack up all the items in their truck and also we had to make 2 trips. Was not happy with the strategy of sending a smaller truck and then take longer to pack items in a smaller truck. For moving a 3 bedroom duplex it took them 10 hours.
