The guys who did the work were really good. Our main issue was with the truck that was sent despite giving full details of the items to be moved. Because of the size of the truck it took the guys way too long to pack up all the items in their truck and also we had to make 2 trips. Was not happy with the strategy of sending a smaller truck and then take longer to pack items in a smaller truck. For moving a 3 bedroom duplex it took them 10 hours.
