Every now and then I come across a business that absolutely deserves the time that it takes to stop everything I’m doing and make sure that they get their flowers. We had an issue trying to help my mother-in-law (70yo sick widow on a fixed income) evict a very problematic tenant that had not paid rent consistently or on time (when they did pay).
