I hired this company for my daughters 2nd birthday on 1/19/20 and they were amazing! They were very easy to book with and ensured I got the package I wanted with the added Bubble Guppies costume. They were in communication with me throughout the day letting me know of their arrival and they arrived ON TIME and fully prepared for my large party. Worse experience ever booked a bounce house for my daughter birthday. And they never showed up. I have been calling them and their respond was “we will be there in 15 minutes”. How ever they never showed up. Very very disappointed. I really do not recommend this company.

I have gone to this place to do professional kids entertainment plenty of times a few times for my niece and this since my son has been born this has been the go to entertainment for me. I had a very bad experience with the company and instead of remembering my kids birthday as a happy one it just reminds me of the experience I had and it makes me mad. I had a billing issue where the company got paid 35% more than what was billed. I reached out to the company and they asked me to follow up with the actors, which they should have taken the responsibility for. The actors acknowledged the error but refused to pay back the difference. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD.
