I want to start this review with saying Gloria has been doing my taxes for years and I have always had good experiences. She is kind and helpful, always patient. BUT the man at her front desk is very rude and confusing. He was extremely disrespectful on the phone and ultimately hung up on me while I was trying to get clarification about what he was saying. For the last 20 years, I would hands down give GLORIA a five star review. We have always been pleased with her service. In recent years though, we have found the front desk people AND the new “answering service” to be questionable at best - without me going in to a lot of detail. Emails are not answered, phone calls are not returned even when the stupid machine asks “is this urgent “ and you reply “YES” . . . multiple times.
