Was not happy about the way I was treated by the hearing tech, was just plain RUDE!! she had a different opinion too about not needing an aid when I was told in Lincoln by ENT spec that I do need an aid, go figure, If you need a hearing clinic would strongly recommend going to Lincoln OR Omaha

My mother used this office to have her hearing aids cleaned for $40. My brother brought them to the office and brought them back unharmed. When my mother put them in, one was broken. She called back immediately an hour before their closing time, but no one answered even after calling 5 times! There was no answering machine. The office is only opened once a week. I hope the staff will be professional about it, fix the part and refund her money for her trouble. We will see.
