I met with and dropped off a bunch of papers for multiple properties for tax appeal services with Cristian Jimenez. Someone was supposed to review the documents and get back to me. No one ever got back to me and I subsequently missed the appeal deadline for the tax year. The office appeared very disorganized and antiquated with stacks of papers/files everywhere.
My family and I have been filing our taxes for years with Mr. Escobedo and have always had a great experience! They are quick and patient, always addressing any questions or concerns that we may have. It’s a great plus that they speak Spanish! 5 Stars++
