They killed my pet bird They had a repo company come and FORCE ENTRY onto my private, gated property to repossess a vehicle. I had JUST gone back inside my house for maybe 10-15min to change my toddler and came back out to my vehicle missing. The tow company didn't check, or they would have seen my PET BIRD in the backseat behind the driver seat. They had it repoed on a SUNDAY when all the offices are closed and you can't reach anyone. This company likes to violate Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) rules and will harass you and your family and friends DAILY, even if you just made a payment with them. Put a complaint in on them with the BBB
Okay so my son’s father had a black 2013 ford focus ST that was financed through these guys. It was repoed but he paid most of the balance off. Also when the repo people came to tow it, they damaged the car and sold it for 3,000 and didn’t take the balance off the debt that he owed. He has a wage garnishment against him and he gives me money every month for his son. I would stay far away from these people because they ruin lives and they don’t work with anybody.
