Terrible
Not the best financial service !
Very shady. Paid my truck off a month ahead. Called after 4 weeks of not receiving title. Was told they hold title 60 days. Asked for docs showing this and was told company policy and refused sending anything showing policy or copy of loan agreement. Not legal and will be contacting better biz bureau.
