Customer service is horrible. Lady called me with inaccurate information and got mad because i asked for a supervisor with accurate information. The tone and attitude this lady gave because she wasn’t knowledgeable was ridiculous.
Absolutly horrible. Prejidice, judgemental , entiltled people in that office. (BRANDON). Im sure the people working under you do not like your behavior or leadership as well and enjoy when you take a day off. P.S if you talk to a woman name Amy she will belittle you and mean it. No ifs or buts about it. They seem to threaten you before its even time to take actual action.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL, Amy the “Supervisor” is very unprofessional!! They don’t communicate well with each other in office either! If I could give them 0 starts I would‼️‼️
