Marla is not very professional at all. I just got out of the hospital after being in a week. I had made a payment arrangement but did not make the payment because I was in the hospital. Marla calls me and I told her my situation. I let her know I could make a partial payment and she was being all rude and was like well you said that last week. I never thought I would be reviewing my auto lienholder but here we are, I could not be more pleased with my exper- EDIT: customer service is going downhill, I think some people may have left whomever I spoke to 12/16 was not very pleasant and very inconsistent with my experience.
I never thought I would be reviewing my auto lienholder but here we are, I could not be more pleased with my experience with PFS. I was approved with great terms and knowing that when I call I will speak to a real person is invaluable in 2025! Everyone is super personable as well, it feels as they truly care about you and your situation. Having worked in auto sales I know this is absolutely not the industry norm for lenders. Great customer service and great communication. Thanks y’all
