Great place
Almost disgusting place ever Adam is extremely rude he was waiting to repo my car after I spoke to him told him I’m out on medical leave I will make my payment the following Friday he got my car repo on Wednesday and now telling me I have to pay 20,000 to get my car back I been asking for deferments and getting denied .
Absolutely awful! Adam has terrible customer service and they are extremely unwilling to work with you. No wonder the reviews are so low... Reached out to the customer relations number below as requested and they were just as useless as Adam. Rip off joint if you ask me. Will not even help compromise when we have mutual customers....
I don't understand why the reviews are bad. This company was great to me. I never had any issues and I paid my car off fully. They will call you every day if you're late lol but otherwise great customer service, friendly, and they even give you a grace period. Thank you! -Keona M.
