Only been there once. I don't know anything about this place. I don't have to visit anymore.
Terrible customer service and communication ! Paid loan off Feb 28, here it is April 29 and still yet to receive my title which would take from 10-14days after payoff. Called 4+ times looking for the title and it has been a different story each time. And on top I have to pay $35 dollars for a replacement title

Poor customer serivce. They never get back to you when they are told. The branch manager Rebecca will mislead you talking about, "I will be in touch with you after the manager reviews your info". Well aren't you the branch manager???? Terrible customer service.
